Hannah’s background is full of many different aspects of wellness. She holds a degree in Kinesiology and certifications in Personal Training, Yoga, and Ayurveda. In the last 10 years she has helped people improve their mobility with specialized exercise programs, taught a variety of Yoga classes and workshops, has managed fitness studios, created corporate wellness programs, and oversaw wellness departments. Her passion is to help people live a more balanced life through movement, breathwork, and nutritious food. She enjoys meeting people where they are and helping them build body awareness through movement that will help increase mobility and stability so they can continue to move their bodies and enjoy the activities they love most!
