Rachel Woods is a graduate of Sweet Briar College c/o 2020 where she has been active in the dance program and served as a Dance Office Assistant. She is a dance major from North Carolina with a Master of Teaching degree in PK-12 from SBC with licensure in dance.
During the summer of 2017, Rachel worked as a choreographer for Christ Studios in Clayton, N.C. Active in praise dance, Rachel choreographed and danced for her church, Poplar Springs Christian, in Raleigh, and danced in Praywrite Productions in Garner, N.C. At Garner Magnet High School she was Dance Captain from 2014-2016.
In the summer of 2018, she participated in the joint dance and the Child international and World Dance Alliance conference in Adelaide, Australia, and taught master classes. She’s now working with Studio Five Dance company teaching modern, hip hop, tap, jazz, and acro and having a blast!
