Dance is a fundamental part of my life; I have been dancing for 45 years! I hold a master’s degree in Education. My dance career has varied from teaching with Miss Marion’s Carolina Youth Dance Theatre to Spartanburg Ballet, to Dollywood, and also taught at The Little Peoples Creative Workshop for Musical Theatre. I teach Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Clogging. What I love most about being a dance Teacher is seeing the students succeed and being a part of their dance development. My passion is seeing others succeed in dance. I had the privilege to study Tap under Frank Hatchet and Gregory Hines at the Broadway Center of Dance. I was in the Olympic Games Opening in New Orleans; I have attended numerous dance conventions as well as winning numerous dance competitions. As a teacher here at Studio Five Dance Company I hope to pass my achievements and experiments on to our students.
